Hello, I'm working on Cas9 expression under the CAG promoter and need the full ~1700bp sequence, including the intron following the Chicken beta-actin. Plasmid maps on Addgene seem to lack the intron. Anyone with the complete sequence on Snapgene or Benchling, please share. (Any SnapGene to any plasmid) Thanks, Anan

In a genomics lab, if you need to work with really low input DNA samples you can use the Illumina Nextera XT kit. That being said, the kit is rather expensive and can be adapted to work perfectly fine by using 1/3 reagents for your reactions!
