Hi all, any solid-surface filter mating enthusiasts (for conjugation) out there? Or anyone else who regularly needs to **apply sterile samples to filters and pump them through using a vacuum pump**? 

We're currently using this 12-stream filter sampling manifold (?) system by Millipore.

It's great for what it does, but I'm wondering if there is anything out there that is easier to use at high throughput, i.e. easier to sterilise between batches or that can hold more samples and be autoclaved?

For what it's worth, we don't actually need to collect the sample flow-through but are only interested in the bacteria on the filters themselves.
